Stubbe’s, a family leader in concrete products for over 40 years, is seeking dedicated individuals for its Harley plant. This role involves operating specialized concrete machines and adhering to the company's safety regulations. Candidates must expect to work straight shifts, Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 5 pm in a structured but demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety directives according to the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other concrete tools
• Assemble equipment according to specified drawings
• Load prefabricated components using proper stacking techniques
• Pour and finish concrete to meet quality standards

Requirements

• Physical endurance for heavy lifting (up to 23 kg)
• Ability to read measuring tapes and drawings
• Experience in the concrete industry is preferable
• Willingness to adapt to various tasks
• Basic knowledge of English is an asset
