Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will contribute to the management of daily operations while motivating your team, fostering collaboration, and supporting a culture focused on engagement and excellence. You will participate in key initiatives to improve store performance, strengthen the brand, and provide each customer with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Support and Coaching: Support and motivate the team to achieve store objectives. Maintain an active presence on the sales floor to guide and coach.
• Customer Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience and prioritize customer satisfaction over tasks.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities, and recommend actions to support store objectives and brand growth.
• Talent Support and Development: Participate in the recruitment, integration, and training of team members. Contribute to succession planning and performance management processes.
• Operations: Support inventory management, compliance, and procedures. Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive environment that meets presentation standards. Optimize product displays to maximize sales and profitability.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: React quickly in a dynamic environment by proposing creative and adapted solutions. Turn challenges into opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement. Set an example and ensure the company's standards are respected.
• Floor Planning and Support: Help plan effective floor coverage, organize daily tasks, and delegate as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Omnichannel: Support omnichannel initiatives to maximize sales and provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• +2 years of experience in management or team supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to provide an exemplary customer experience and to mobilize your team to adhere to the highest standards of service.
• Solid organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of performance and quality even under pressure.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve objectives.
• Solid skills to generate high sales performance.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Mastery of technological tools: POS systems, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Suite.
• Flexible schedule: available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lb (18 kg), and use a ladder that can reach a maximum height of 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Salary: $46,000 - $54,000 (rate may be higher based on experience)
