YOUR ROLE ON THE FIELD

Like a coach behind the bench, you will be the go-to person for your team and the architect of the customer experience.

You will

• Ensure a welcome and service worthy of Cage standards — fast, warm and always on point;
• Coach, motivate and evaluate the team (support, service, bar), so that every match is flawless;
• Take part in recruiting, training and onboarding new players;
• Keep the game flowing by coordinating operations between the kitchen and the dining room;
• Handle certain administrative responsibilities (schedules, inventories, performance tracking);
• Bring the Cage values to life: food, beer, sports — in every interaction, every shift, with every guest.

PLAYER PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You will be the cornerstone if

• You have the natural leadership of a dressing room captain;
• You thrive on action and keep your cool even in the heat of the 3rd period;
• You have experience managing a team in food service (a key asset!);
• You have a sense of service, communication… and enjoyment at work;
• You are available days, evenings and weekends;
• Bilingual? That's a winning advantage!
