Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented supply chain specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the rapid delivery of products while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and implement effective supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics providers to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts
• Use data analysis tools to forecast demand and guide procurement decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Supply chain management certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with supply chain analytics software
• Understanding of logistics and transportation management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement

Education

• Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

The salary range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
