Sales Representative

We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join the Bravad Technologie team

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will build up your knowledge in the technology field and explain it to customers in simple terms, making telecommunications simple and appealing by selling the products and services best suited to each customer. Their challenge will be to find the perfect solution for every need, based on the range of products and services offered in the stores.

Job Description

On a day-to-day basis, the Internal Sales Representative will:

• Meet the needs of customers who come into the store;
• Suggest various TELUS and KOODO mobility and home security products;
• Receive equipment orders delivered to the stores;
• Start the phone repair process where applicable;
• Contact our customers to renew their contracts.

Job Requirements

To be part of the team, the Internal Sales Representative must:

• Have experience in the field;
• Meet the needs of customers who come into the store;
• Suggest various TELUS and KOODO mobility and home security products;
• Receive equipment orders delivered to the stores;
• Start the phone repair process where applicable;
• Contact our customers to renew their contracts;
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships;
• Have an analytical mind to find solutions suited to customer needs;
• Have an interest in sales and customer service.

• Have a strong command of French, both spoken and written;

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
